A Bespoke Oak Porch for the Perfect Home

We built a bespoke oak porch for luxury property developers Bentier. The beautifully finished oak beams deliver the ideal entranceway to the perfect home.

At Oakmasters, our expert craftspeople are experienced at building bespoke oak structures. We bring sketches to life on the page, in the digital environment, and finally, in person. It’s the process we followed with luxury property developers Bentier.

Bentier builds bespoke luxury homes for prestigious clients in South Oxfordshire and North Berkshire. The attention to detail, materials and artistry is of the highest levels, and they only work with a select group of suppliers, including Oakmasters, who share the same commitment to quality.

Bradley Sinclair, Bentier’s Operations Manager who engaged Oakmasters, explains how the business had a vision for an oak porch for a new property. “An idea of the porch was drawn by our Architects and this was designed then by Val at Timber Solutions”.

Our selected partner, Timber Solutions, created a series of 3D CAD designs to show how the finished porch would look. It was the final step in the design process, and once signed off, we began to source the select timbers to build the porch and bring the idea to life.

The new porch provides the ideal entranceway to Bentier’s new home. “We wanted the porch to be a wow feature which I feel it achieved,” says Sinclair.

Anyone viewing the porch can see the quality of the finished product. But how was the process? “The product [Oakmasters] delivered was great and ended up being exactly what we were after,” says Sinclair. And was he happy with the result? “Yes. We are very happy with the outcome. The porch looks fantastic.”
